Micro-needling
Skin needling, or micro-needling therapy is a minimally invasive non-surgical procedure that uses a clinical micro-needling device fitted with fine needles to puncture the skin and create a microchannel for the treatment of scarring, stretch marks and fine lines.
The micro-needles penetrate the superficial dermal collagen strands and small blood vessels to trigger a controlled release of platelet-derived growth factors to activate the production of new collagen, elastin and capillaries.
